As I mentioned previously, in this blog post, the latest version (v9.5) of Opera Browser was lacking a lot of useful features (or at least useful for my work as a developer always interested in new trends and technologies for the web, marketing and software development).

Today, while browsing for a support e-mail, on opera.com, I found out that Opera released a new beta version. Interested to see the new "improved" browser, I have installed the beta version. It is not different from the older version, 9.5.

Starting searching for the support e-mail again, I found out something that made me post on the blog. Searching deeper on Opera's Contact Support section, there was a small note on the bottom of the main content area saying:

"Please note: Technical support questions related to the Opera Web browser/built-in e-mail client will not be answered."

So, thank you Opera Software ASA for your support! I just wanted to know why the hell only your stupid browser is screwing all the nice JavaScript menus? Is it a <br> tag? What is it?

Why do we have to change every menu on each site just to fit your annoying little "beautifully engineered" browser? What about our business? What about the clients screaming for changes due to site incompatibility with a piece of "beautifully engineered" garbage?
