Software Design and Implementation Stages

• Project’s Assessment
  At this stage we liaise with our client. We fill up the assesment form, which helps us better understand the functioning, promotion and organization structure or learn about the product or service for which the project will be developed.
   
  
  Also in this stage we might suggest small improvements to services and related products, to ensure that we develop the product exactly as the customer wants, and also increase its efficiency.

 

• Needs Analysis
  Based on information provided by our client, we start working to create a draft architecture of the product, according to customer’s and appliation’s users requirements.
   
  
  At this stage we carefully check the budget, production costs and maintenance of products and services being used in the project.

 

• Plan Proposal
  After a careful analysis of the client’s needs, we start working on the development proposal. It will include a series of diagrams drawn from the development of the project’s architecture in the draft version. We’ll propose a work plan, a design and a dead-line on Gantt charts. Now we set tasks for each party and set the necessary infrastructure.
   
  
  We then pitch the costs of achieving the end goals and we sign the contract between the client and Dev-Vision.

 

• Product’s Graphical Design
  Any software product, of any kind, requires a graphic design. Our designers are ready to begin work on a product’s design in accordance with our customer’s requirements. The design is a part of our Client Care Service so the customer can, within the contractual terms, manipulate, test, or reorganize with our designers, project manager or contact person, the product aspect.

 

• Programming and Scripting
  The whole project is build under the careful coordination of project managers, based on Gantt charts agreed by the client. In this stage we implemente powerful and cutting-edge technologies. We adapte the design, we test the functionality and, for the web applications, we add its content optimized for search engines by Dev-Vision copyrighters. We then do more tests on reliable hosting servers.
   
  
  Each step is carefully discussed and dealt with the customer based on our Client Care service policies.

 

• Project Completion
  Now we put the client face-to-face with the final product, uploaded on hosting servers, tested and readied for release. Dev-Vision Testers conduct a final verification of the project a few days before the dead-line to ensure optimal operation in the operating environment. After the test report, the final product or service launches. Next, where appropriate, we do a brief training with our client on the application using its features. If the product consists of a web application, we discuss with the client about its maintenance and On-line Search Engine Marketing.
